Wow what an amazinggg team!! I spoke to Dwayne at first who was trying to help me with a spa problem. He was kind enough to bring in a tech Jody for some more technical troubleshooting who was equally amazing!! I live in Ontario and the stores here were closed and they helped me diagnose and find the problem OVER the phone! I Woujd highly recommend these guys!! Thanks Again!!

We bought an Timberwolf saltwater spa. We bought it in Dec of 2023 and they held it for us until the end of April 2024 until we could finally have it placed. They were hands on right from the start and extremely helpful. Went over all the details and options. I knew exactly what I was getting. We also bought a cover lift and stairs. We decided to built our own stairs so we cancelled the stairs before it was delivered with no problem. And this week Feb 2025, we went to arctic spa to ask a few questions and I'd mentioned that we had never used the cover lift and that it just wasn't working with what we built.... no problem, Jody exchanged it. They're always willing to help, advise, or send a tech to assist. I absolutely love dealing with these guys and I recommend them to everyone.
And I use my spa every day! I love it so much! Thank you Arctic Spa Team!!

These guys are amazing. Quality, Service and Knowledge is top notch. And their products (spas) are awesome. Been an Arctic Spa tub owner since 2019 and am very happy with the quality of the spas as well as their advanced technologies rhey have applied to the tub industry. Perfect tubs for the Norths cold winters.

We have had a great experience with Arctic Spas Prince George. Awesome service from start to finish. The entire experience has been hassle-free. They came and set it up for us and walked us through how to care for it. Every time we visit, the staff greets us by name, making us feel valued and welcomed. It's rare to find such personal and attentive services these days!!

My daughter just purchased an Arctic hot tub that was a couple years old. We had a couple of issues after setting it up, so I called the Prince George store (we don't live in PG). Duane answered my call and was very helpful getting me on the right track. A few months latter we had a problem with the wet end and I called Duane back, he was so helpful, he didn't try to up sell me parts I didn't need. He had a cheap solution for me and had it out the door that day and delivered to me the next day. Everything is working great and my daughter is loving her hot tub again. Great customer service!!!!!!

We just had our spa delivered today and it was a great experience. From the beginning, Duane held our hands and was available to answer all our questions. He was very accommodating with our schedule and dates and just had a great attitude and willingness to help. He made sure we had everything needed for the installation.

Jody, Dan, and Darwin, were the installers and did a great job. Very educational and knowledgeable.

Overall great experience and if we receive the same after care as we have until now, we're confident we're in good hands. Can't wait to use this bad boy.
