We just bought a used almost new Mustang Arctic spa. Spending a lot of time educating ourselves about Chems and salt system. Arctic spas Langley was useless and would not even get off his chair. Started looking online and came across Prince George website and prices amazing compared to Langley. Dwayne is a rock star and kept answering the phone and providing counsel for what we needed to do to get our tub correct. Will continue to buy all of our accessories through Dwayne.

We purchased a hot tub from Arctic Spa Prince George last winter, and they were nice enough to hold onto it for us until the snow melted and we were ready for setup and delivery this spring. Once we were ready, we gave them a call and set up a date. They sent their tech guy, Billy, who drove 10 hours all the way up to Fort Nelson with the tub. He arrived at my place at 5:30 PM and had everything wired up and put together by 9:00 PM. He came back the next day, once the water was hot, to finish setting up the rest of the components. Awesome service! We highly recommend Arctic Spa Prince George 👍—especially if you live in a remote town like we do.

We bought our first spa through Arctic Spa Prince George. The service was great throughout the process and initial setup. I live in a remote community in NW BC, 20 hours from the nearest dealer. The dealer as well as the techs helped me load it in my trailer cans walked through the setup with me and answered all of my questions via phone and video call. We have been using the tub now for a month and it is amazing (Cub model). Can’t recommend the Arctic Spa Prince George dealership enough!!!

I just had Arctic Spas come to our house to source out a leak in our old tub. The service was excellent - found and repaired the leak right away. He even tested and balanced the chemicals for us before he left. When we will be looking to replace our Apollo tub in the spring, Arctic Spas in Prince George will definitely be our first stop with customer service like that. Thank you.

Wow what an amazinggg team!! I spoke to Dwayne at first who was trying to help me with a spa problem. He was kind enough to bring in a tech Jody for some more technical troubleshooting who was equally amazing!! I live in Ontario and the stores here were closed and they helped me diagnose and find the problem OVER the phone! I Woujd highly recommend these guys!! Thanks Again!!

We bought an Timberwolf saltwater spa. We bought it in Dec of 2023 and they held it for us until the end of April 2024 until we could finally have it placed. They were hands on right from the start and extremely helpful. Went over all the details and options. I knew exactly what I was getting. We also bought a cover lift and stairs. We decided to built our own stairs so we cancelled the stairs before it was delivered with no problem. And this week Feb 2025, we went to arctic spa to ask a few questions and I'd mentioned that we had never used the cover lift and that it just wasn't working with what we built.... no problem, Jody exchanged it. They're always willing to help, advise, or send a tech to assist. I absolutely love dealing with these guys and I recommend them to everyone. And I use my spa every day! I love it so much! Thank you Arctic Spa Team!!

Been an Arctic Spa tub owner since 2019 and am very happy with the quality of the spas as well as their advanced technologies rhey have applied to the tub industry. My daughter just purchased an Arctic hot tub that was a couple years old. We had a couple of issues after setting it up, so I called the Prince George store (we don't live in PG). Duane answered my call and was very helpful getting me on the right track. A few months latter we had a problem with the wet end and I called Duane back, he was so helpful, he didn't try to up sell me parts I didn't need. He had a cheap solution for me and had it out the door that day and delivered to me the next day. Everything is working great and my daughter is loving her hot tub again. Great customer service!!!!!!

We just had our spa delivered today and it was a great experience. From the beginning, Duane held our hands and was available to answer all our questions. He was very accommodating with our schedule and dates and just had a great attitude and willingness to help. He made sure we had everything needed for the installation. Jody, Dan, and Darwin, were the installers and did a great job. Very educational and knowledgeable. Overall great experience and if we receive the same after care as we have until now, we're confident we're in good hands. Can't wait to use this bad boy.
